Filing a Last Will and Testament costs $75.00. Guardianship matters have a $75.00 filing fee. Wills left for safekeeping cost $75.00 as well.

Record searches also have set fees. A search going back 15 years from the current date costs $75.00. Searches covering 5 to 15 years cost $25.00. If the record is less than 5 years old, the search fee drops to $10.00. Certified copies of any Champaign County probate court record cost $3.00 per page. Regular copies are $1.00 per page. A returned check brings a $50.00 fee. Notary to signature service costs $5.00.
